Can the price change on moving day?
Your written quote covers the agreed inventory, access and services. If those details change, we review the price with you before pickup. Tell us about stairs, elevator restrictions and extra stops early.
When will my belongings arrive?
Timing depends on your route and departure schedule. We confirm a delivery window when booking. Tell us about fixed closing or arrival dates so we can check the right options.
Can you move just a few items?
Yes. Scheduled shared loads accommodate smaller shipments as well as household moves. Your items are labelled and inventoried. Ask for a quote for your specific items and route.
What protection is included?
We’ll explain the cargo coverage, terms and any limits that apply to your move before you book. Please flag high-value or fragile items during the estimate so their handling and protection can be agreed in writing.
What if my new home isn’t ready?
Storage can bridge the gap between pickup and delivery. Tell us about your dates and we’ll explain the available storage options, costs and current offers.
Can you help with packing or a piano?
Yes. Packing, furniture assembly and specialty items can be included in your plan. Let us know about pianos, safes or large appliances so we can assess the equipment, access and price.
